Permits & Planning
We submit to the Town of Aurora electronically. If LSRCA is required, we initiate that process simultaneously.
Site Preparation Excavation begins. We remove clay soil and prepare proper drainage.
Pool Installation
Fiberglass shell placement or vinyl wall construction. Plumbing, electrical, engineered backfill, equipment installation.
Deck & Finishing Concrete or paver deck poured. Fence installed per Town by-law. Final grading completed.
Inspection & Swim
